LG’s new 4K CineBeam Qube projector looks like a retro camera.
LG’s new CineBeam Qube is a 4K projector that has a brightness of 500 ANSI Lumens, a contrast ratio of 450,000:1, HDR10, a 3W Mono speaker, webOS 6.0, and input support for HDMI with eARC/USB-C. It can project a screen size that ranges from 50 to 120 inches, with a 1.2 throw ratio. It also has Auto Screen Adjustment, which has an auto-focus feature that automatically adjusts image placement and size for an optimal viewing experience. The CineBeam Qube is small and weighs just 1.49kg. It has a 154 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 colour gamut, which means that the colour accuracy of the CineBeam Qube delivers movies and other content that are displayed just as their creators intended. The CineBeam Qube will run on LG webOS 6.0, which gives access to streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and YouTube. LG hasn’t released any pricing and availability of the CineBeam Qube.
