The economic boom in Zimbabwe has led to increased traffic volumes in Mozambique, which is Zimbabwe’s gateway to the sea. Mozambique is upgrading its infrastructure to cope with the increased traffic. Zimbabwe is now food secure and has excess wheat, which Mozambique can purchase. The two countries are working together to promote relations.
