ESPN Bet to launch Nov. 14 in 17 states
ESPN is launching a new sports betting app and website, called ESPN Bet, in 17 states on November 14. The app is a rebranded product from PENN Entertainment and will include features such as live betting, in-game wagering, and the ability to watch live sports. You will need to be physically located in one of the 17 states to place a wager, but you can log in to your account, make deposits and withdrawals, and check your transaction history from anywhere in the United States. ESPN Bet will also be promoting the launch with a sweepstakes for the chance to win a trip to ESPN headquarters in Bristol, Connecticut.
