Steam is the most popular PC gaming storefront/platform on the market. According to Steam Charts, Valve received 542,388 support requests on December 27, of which 91% were for game refunds. The US leads in Steam data traffic with 365.8 PB in the last 24-hour period, accounting for 22.9% of global traffic.
