Czech Republic and Taiwan team up to help rebuild Ukraine
The Czech Republic and Taiwan signed an agreement to work together to help rebuild Ukraine. The agreement was signed by the de facto ambassadors of the two countries in each other’s capitals. The agreement will see the two countries working together on rebuilding water and energy systems. Czech envoy Tomas Kopecny praised Taiwan as a “great ally” and said that his country had “such a strong connection with Taiwan”. Deputy Taiwan Foreign Minister Roy Lee said that aid would expand into other areas to assist resume normal life “when Ukraine is approaching final victory”.
